Outstanding Service, particularly with regard to breakdowns

Had a problem with an ignition switch in France and though it couldn't be fixed at the time there was a breakdown guy at the bottom of the slipway as we came off the ferry in Dover. He found the problem and made atemporary repair which lasted until the new sswitch arrived from Italy. All arranged though Comfort, Brilliant job! Reviewed on: 27th October 2023

Been with them 6 years now. Price is reasonable and Ive found their help line responsive and quick to get hold of someone. Never had to claim yet, but that's a good thing in my view. Like the info/advice stuff they produce for motorhome owners on their website. Premiums have been fairly static over the period Ive been with them. they don't lure you in with a cheap premium and then start bumping it up. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2023

Customer Satisfaction before Profit.

Pleased to be dealing with a company that treats you like a customer and not just a number. Very helpfull customer service and whilst renewing, I was asked if I actually did 10,000 miles a year, or was it less. She saved me a few quid by reducing it to 8,000 miles per year, a figure i am not getting anywhere near. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2023

Since finding Comfort Insurance back in 2012 I've never looked back. Having checked other insurance company's they couldn't price match or even touch the standard of service offered by Comfort Insurance. I sleep soundly knowing I'm covered with Comfort Insurance Reviewed on: 2nd September 2023
