Customer Satisfaction before Profit.

Pleased to be dealing with a company that treats you like a customer and not just a number. Very helpfull customer service and whilst renewing, I was asked if I actually did 10,000 miles a year, or was it less. She saved me a few quid by reducing it to 8,000 miles per year, a figure i am not getting anywhere near. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2023
