Stay clear of these

Terrible company to deal with. cant get through on phone unless you stay on hold over an hour. they dont answer emails. charged me £125.00 to cancel 3 week old policy and kept my deposit. real crooks stay clear of them. spend your hard earned money elsewhere Reviewed on: 28th October 2021

Always there when needed

Customer service is faultless. Spoke to various different advisors and always have given me the correct information I need to make my choice. Quick response and accurate in timing. If only the sales guys could be the same as the customer service guys. Overall great company and genuine people. Reviewed on: 26th May 2017
