Quick, clear, helpful

Tries hard to find a solution for the customer

I'm overseas and it's difficult and expensive to set up a policy on the phone. Your staff were helpful and quick in recognition of the situation. For the future you could consider an online application which could be completed with a short follow up call. Also yr staff cannot phone overseas. Unprofessional services

Simply not unacceptable. Took them 1 week to send me the no claims bonus proof and the bonus was wrong. If you treasure your time and money, stay away from them! (Not sure why they changed their name it was A&A before) Reviewed on: 16th September 2016
