Useless, 3rd party nonsense!

Don't get in a car accident if you're insured by complete cover - they sublet the claim out to hertz and have them essentially run around and do nothing.... staff are unhelpful, not trained correctly and i'd never renew my policy - worst service i've ever experienced. The only thing i can put it down to is that a young drivers are disregarded by this company and offered a lower form of service. Reviewed on: 10th January 2017

Previously trading as A&A. A horrendous experience. AVOID. They 1. Renewal - told me not to do anything - my policy would be automatically renewed. 2. When I didn't do anything, they cancelled my policy. 3. They then quoted me £800+ (previously £320) for a new policy due to my panic needing the car that day to go away for 2 weeks saying this was because of them cancelling my policy. 4. They asked for proof of my 10 years no claims bonus when it was they who kept the records. 5. When I finally arrived back home I received a quote from another company for £288. 6. After complaining to them, they finally cancelled my policy after 12 days but incurred a penalty clause of £104 which I will have to pay. Customer care is non existant. AVOID AVOID. Missguide. They should be closed down!

I am still waiting for terms and conditions now 4 weeks. Only sent me booklets, and welcome letters. I phone them, and always put me on hold for long times. They dont even know what am I covered for. Lied onnthe phone I am covered for repair costs. When I asked for written documents where is that in my policy, than told me I am not covered for repair. Only told me to pay for it. Breakdown cover: They just sell this, but they have no idea what is included on this cover. I am asking them every week twice to send me what am I payed for with breakdown cover, but they have only this answer: "Special Conditions Please refer to the Complete Cover Group website document link for full details of the policy & Terms and Conditions" There is no further info on website. Why did they keep sending me this same bullshit? This is not terms and conditions. This company is a joke. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2017

Worst experience ever

This is the worst company i ever joined, for the past 7 months I had problems every month with this company, the customer service members had no manners and even the managers was not helpful during the dilemma. They cannot deal with confilicts and they only thing they can do keep charging your account. I got to the point that i woke up with stress every day. So please be very careful with joining them. I've cancelled my van policy after 3 weeks because i sell it that van . They quote for a full year was £870, and the money they ask after 3 weeks of policy was £470 in total . Reviewed on: 6th December 2016

CANCELLED MY POLICY WITHOUT MY CONSENT

CALLED TO DISCUSSS MY CANCELLATION , AARON CUT ME OFF WHILE I WAS STILL IN DISCUSSION. THREE DAYS LATER GOT A TEXT THAT I NEED TO PAY £320 OFF BECAUSE I CANCELLED MY POLICY . WHICH I DID NOT AGREE AND AWARE THAT MY POLICY WILL BE CANCELLED AS IT WAS NOT IN MY FINANCIAL INTEREST TO CANCEL IT AFTER THE LARGE FEE THEY ASKED FOR. BEEN DESCRIMATED VICTIMISED AND RIPPED OFF. DO NOT USE THEM, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR , VERY RUDE , AND TRY TO USE THERE POWER TO ENTRAP YOU . HAVE NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS Reviewed on: 14th November 2016
