Tries hard to find a solution for the customer

I'm overseas and it's difficult and expensive to set up a policy on the phone. Your staff were helpful and quick in recognition of the situation. For the future you could consider an online application which could be completed with a short follow up call. Also yr staff cannot phone overseas.
