Since I have been insured i have never had any issues with Complete Cover Group! All the staff are friendly and very helpful! worst insurance brokers

1- the insurance price dose not go down every year even if you DON'T make any claims. 2.They charge you £30 if miss a payment. 3. very unhelpful staff. 4.keep you on hold on the phone for like 40 mits 5.they use to be called A&A now Complete cover This company needs to be shut down they are an absolute disgrace. i have been with company for 3 years seance they were called A & A group any one that wants to get insurance with complete cover pleases think twice before you do because my insurance was £1100 a a year when i canceled my insurance due to my health. the company ask me to pay £600 for the 2 month i had left to pay and i use to pay £130 per month . this is my first review ever i have never wrote any review in my life but this company deserved it . thanks you Reviewed on: 14th May 2017

Experiencing the expert-ease of complete cover group has been brilliant, every person I've spoken to in the past has been so polite and professional, and also very kind and i would definitely recommend the company. Not such a bad company

Some of the employees are rude and talk like they are reading from a script to try and get you to do what you want but the helpful employees are extremely helpful and listen to what you have to say and actually try to help instead of just assuming they know what you want Reviewed on: 12th May 2017
