Awful and unprofessional

Avoid this company it is an absolute nightmares they tell lives to you they pass you around they do not give you the advice thay should. I had my IVA cancelled by accident thay email me to apologise they said if I reply to the email in the same day they will re-sinder it so I replied to them for them to start it again I heard nothing of them for three or four days then I got a letter of them saying that it had been cancelled permanently yet they still took 2 months money out of my accounts which I'm fighting to get back absolute disgrace please avoid Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

Excellent service

I have always been so impressed with the customer service I have experienced. Debt is a stressful and embarrassing experience.However I have always been dealt with sympathetically but professionally and made to feel so much more comfortable about my situation. Best way to financial redemption

Overall there is really nothing negative I could say about credit fix, other than what I may call inevitable inline errors here and there. Considering they are quickly resolved has been a big plus. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021
