Spoke to Joe Kane for my welcome call and Craig who set me up initially and I have to say what amazing customer service. Fantastically prompt responses with the right information. Completely thorough and details explanations. Just a complete easy and enjoyable process to getting debt sorted. Thank you so much Joe & Craig. Anyone who is struggling with debt please do not suffer anymore, contact Creditfix, a special mention to Paul Mowat, whom made sure he was in contact with me regularly to ease the burden of heavy debt. Paul and his company Creditfix helped me so much I cannot thank them enough. Creditfix have been swift aswell as professional. I cannot recommend them enough. I had to pull out of credit fix due to my creditors not being paid. The reason I got was at times we need our fees so we cannot pay your creditors. I have contacted my creditors and informed them I wil pay directly. Some creditors have not been paid for months. Reviewed on: 8th October 2022

Avoid this company like the plague unless you want to pay 3x more in their fees than to your creditors. They are just profiteering off peoples misfortune. Go through a gov supported charity. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

All they want is your money

All they want is for you to pay money for a longer period of time especially when everything has gone up with cost of living and if you pay a lot less per month they extend by a further 12 to 24 months and I've already paid over 4 years so waiting to see if I can end iva on payments made to date. Biggest regret of my life

I turend to Creditfix during a very tough financial time - at first they were great. Once I had signed the documents, the whole service changed - please contact your bank before going down this route. They have 0 customer service, i've making monthly payments for 2 years, none of this money has gone to me debts yet, this has only just covered Credfix's own fees. Awful. Reviewed on: 7th April 2022

Customer service is diabolical!

Quite frankly in my current situation if I could leave a zero star review I would. I am only 7 payments of finishing my IVA, never missed a payment and never had a payment break. Unfortunatly due to unforseen circumstances I require a car finance. If I could get away with not doing this I would but I cant afford to replace my car and it could die any day and without a car I can't get to work. Meaning I don't get paid and none of my bills or my IVA gets paid. I put a reasonable request in for a car finance.... I have a finance waiting who are happy to cover me without authorisation but creditfix have said if I go ahead it would viud my IVA. For the past 2 weeks I have literally been spoken to in a very rude manner, made to feel like a nuisance and literally been outright lied to by multiple people in that department! I have been promised multiple call backs including ones from management which have never happened! My stress levels are through the roof right now and the service being provided is quite simply diabolical! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! FIND ANOTHER! Reviewed on: 5th April 2022
