Avoid this company it is an absolute nightmares they tell lives to you they pass you around they do not give you the advice thay should. I had my IVA cancelled by accident thay email me to apologise they said if I reply to the email in the same day they will re-sinder it so I replied to them for them to start it again I heard nothing of them for three or four days then I got a letter of them saying that it had been cancelled permanently yet they still took 2 months money out of my accounts which I'm fighting to get back absolute disgrace please avoid
