I have been extremely happy with Endsleigh’s gadget insurance and have renewed multiple times. Customer service has been very helpful when I needed to make a claim over a damaged device and the pricing plans are better than anything I’ve found elsewhere. too hard to cancel

Took out cover for my first year at uni, wasn't clear that it would be a recurring payment, so was then charged 1.5x as much the next year. Wasn't able to cancel it online, was very hard to even find details to contact for help - everything links back to the "Contact us" page, which says to use the Live Chat, but doesn't tell you how to find the Live Chat. Eventually found a phone number to call, after which the person on the phone was very helpful and sorted it out straight away. Reviewed on: 7th September 2021
