Great use of securing possesions

Good value & quick and easy!

Got mobile phone cover for mobile phone - they offer cover on used phones too which was a rarity which I needed for an expensive phone. It was easy and quick to sign up, and monthly payments are a reasonable price. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

Money grabbing

Absolutely awful experience with these guys as my insurers for my mobile phone. Paying £17+ a month for insurance for months and then finally when my phone breaks, they do everything in their power to tell me they dont cover that exact type of fault. When I then find a reasoning why they should cover it, they tell me that because of "how busy they are", they'll have to get someone to call me in 3 days yet someone was speaking to me there and then?! I got so annoyed I asked to cancel my policy and they asked for a cancellation fee! Money grabbing bastards.I'd be paying them for months and never claimed anything back and then due to their awful service I cancel and they charge me!!!! Never use!!!! Reviewed on: 2nd November 2016

Awful, Just Awful

Took out insurance with Endsleigh when I got a new phone. No problems and never had to claim. After 13 months I changed phone - and tried to cancel the insurance as insurance was now included in my bank account. They said I couldn't cancel as I was locked into another 12 months policy - so had to pay 11 x monthly amount. Takes the biscuit. Reviewed on: 1st September 2016
