too hard to cancel

Took out cover for my first year at uni, wasn't clear that it would be a recurring payment, so was then charged 1.5x as much the next year. Wasn't able to cancel it online, was very hard to even find details to contact for help - everything links back to the "Contact us" page, which says to use the Live Chat, but doesn't tell you how to find the Live Chat. Eventually found a phone number to call, after which the person on the phone was very helpful and sorted it out straight awa... Reviewed on: 7th September 2021
