Review of the eurochange, Travel Money:

They did not sell me Euros!!!

They did not accept UK driving licence as a proof of ID! They wanted to see my passport and reasons of buying Euros and explanation of my funds! ... as if I tried to buy a house. Why is buying €1000 so important to EuroChange. I do not recommend them. Post Office is great! In the worst case scenario, I'd rather use my credit and debit cards!! Reviewed on: 20th July 2024

Knowledgeable, helpful,friendly

I went to have a change for my trip to Istanbul. I was short in time and didn't have a clue what amount of money I have to take with me. I had some experience with Eurochange and liked it, so I went to their branch in Pread Street opposite Paddington Station.The staff is very helpful and plus very knowledgeable - giving intelligent advice and helping make a decision about the amount and discounts and other things you need before going abroad. Changed my perception of Cash Beaureaus

I work in the financial sector and have usually used banks or 'specialists' for my currency exchanges. I had always viewed high street Beaureaus as expensive and offering poor service. I was pressed for time and had to find a local supplier for a last minute trip, so selected Eurochange for. Convenience, however the experience was outstanding, the local branch staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable, the rates offered were actually better than anything else I could get at the time.
