This is a follow up review to my previous review, i am still waiting for my lens to be fixed and returned. If i remember i put a claim in Nov 24 now its March 25 and i paid the excess around a month ago. Very slow service be warned what to expect. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025

Amazing service.

Great service & value for money

Efficient and helpful staff from a company providing cover for photography and video gear at a reasonable cost. Upgrading cameras and lenses etc. is easy, often without any significant extra costs, and is usually arranged same day! Highly recommended from a customer of a few years! They were there when I needed them.
