This is a follow up review to my previous review, i am still waiting for my lens to be fixed and returned. If i remember i put a claim in Nov 24 now its March 25 and i paid the excess around a month ago. Very slow service be warned what to expect. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025

I had a very bad experience claiming for a damaged lens that fell out of my unzipped camera bag, i was claiming for the repair that was approx 286-500 pounds. I was interrogated for 40 mins and felt like i was being tried to be caught out so they do not have to pay. Im just sending the lens off to fixtation instead to be repaired. rip off. do not use

in 2020 i took out a breakdown cover as i was driving in spain. in 2021angest im back in spain they renewed my policy automaticly in augest. on september the 6th my car packs up. i ring them to be told im not coverd. i explained that i was in my car with 42 degres of heat with my partner and two dogs. they said they could help but they need £ 1000 up front. so i agreed. only to find out later they took £1200. 5 mins later a good samaritan stops to help me. 20 mins later im back to my holiday home and i ring them to cancel. its now november after many calls i have £972.54p of my money back. they say the rest is a file fee. no more to come. they are a ripoff comany do not use. Good People, Good Cost, But not a Bespoke Package.

Great Customer Service and a competitive rate however for my purposes it doesn't quite feel as bespoke as I would like for my Film making business. The terms and coverage seems like a package rather than tailored to my wants and needs. When phoning up I get great amounts of help but no offer to amend, explore or help build an insurance package that's right for me. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great camera cover

I’ve only ever had to make one insurance claim for anything - and it wasn’t long after taking out camera insurance with Eversure. I’d broken a lens just before a wedding - they were able to refund the cost of a temporary hire lens in the meantime, and sent a brand new one once they had assessed the damage.
