Great customer service help

I've had my policy with Gadgetsure for a bit now and they've been brilliant. I had to email them recently to ask a question about my cover, and the customer service team actually replied and sorted it out without any hassle. It's just really nice to find a company that actually helps you instead of sending you round in circles on a chatbot. Plus they include things like liquid damage and cracked screens by default. Just really solid cover at a decent price. Definitely get my vote for the awards. Reviewed on: 10th September 2026

Fantastic insurance company

I've had gadgetsure insurance for just over two years. I haven't had to use insurance on my device but the customer has been excellent. When I've emailed about a query or to add a new device, I recieved a reply back quite quickly. Example being,I emailed at 1am regarding adding a device to my insurance. I received a response around 9am. Quite prompt & efficient. Reviewed on: 26th August 2024
