My claim process was pretry simple although i was asked questions like why did you only want insurance recently when your purchase proof shows long time ago. (Because it was passed onto be from parents) Reviewed on: 12th September 2025

Fantastic insurance company

I've had gadgetsure insurance for just over two years. I haven't had to use insurance on my device but the customer has been excellent. When I've emailed about a query or to add a new device, I recieved a reply back quite quickly. Example being,I emailed at 1am regarding adding a device to my insurance. I received a response around 9am. Quite prompt & efficient. Reviewed on: 26th August 2024
