Great customer service help

I've had my policy with Gadgetsure for a bit now and they've been brilliant. I had to email them recently to ask a question about my cover, and the customer service team actually replied and sorted it out without any hassle. It's just really nice to find a company that actually helps you instead of sending you round in circles on a chatbot. Plus they include things like liquid damage and cracked screens by default. Insurance with no faff

Normally, sorting out insurance is a total headache, but Protectmybike actually made it really easy. The website was super straightforward to use, and I managed to get my policy set up and all my photos uploaded in a matter of minutes. No confusing jargon or clunky forms! I haven't had to make a claim yet (fingers crossed), but the customer service has been brilliant and really quick to reply whenever I've had a question. Definitely recommend them.
