This is a follow up review to my previous review, i am still waiting for my lens to be fixed and returned. If i remember i put a claim in Nov 24 now its March 25 and i paid the excess around a month ago. Very slow service be warned what to expect. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025

I had a very bad experience claiming for a damaged lens that fell out of my unzipped camera bag, i was claiming for the repair that was approx 286-500 pounds. I was interrogated for 40 mins and felt like i was being tried to be caught out so they do not have to pay. Im just sending the lens off to fixtation instead to be repaired.
