I am writing this to warn anyone considering using Go Girl or Sabre Insurance. Their complete failure to properly fight a clear-cut, non-fault claim has... I am writing this to warn anyone considering using Go Girl or Sabre Insurance. Their complete failure to properly fight a clear-cut, non-fault claim has cost me hundreds of pounds and stopped my daughter from being able to learn to drive. While driving out of a Lidl car park, another driver pulled out of a junction without looking. I stopped my car and blew my horn, but he still drove directly into me. The other driver was with Haven Insurance, and I uploaded every single piece of information, including clear photos of the damage, to Go Girl. Instead of actually doing their jobs and chasing Haven Insurance to pay for the damage, Sabre quietly outsourced my claim to Enterprise. Enterprise immediately binned the case because they claimed the info passed to them was "low quality"—despite my claim report proving that every single detail and photo was right there. Because Enterprise dropped it, Sabre simply closed the claim as a "£0 non-fault" and washed their hands of it. They never bothered to tell me. I had to do all the chasing around myself just to find out what happened. By taking the lazy way out and failing to actually recover costs from the guilty driver's insurance, they have left a permanent accident marker on my record. My renewal skyrocketed by £500, forcing me to take my daughter off the policy. Even when shopping around, a clean record quote of £700 shot up to £950 the second I had to declare this incident. I am now paying more for insurance, and my daughter can no longer take driving lessons, all because someone drove into me and my own insurers couldn’t be arsed to do the administrative legwork to hold the other driver accountable. This company is an absolute JOKE. Been with them for almost two years. They have no consideration for their clients. Have left me stranded for... This company is an absolute JOKE. Been with them for almost two years. They have no consideration for their clients. Have left me stranded for over a month, to finally have my car towed to the proper garage, yet they lost my vehicle during transfer. Nobody knew where my car was. Told by insurance company that it was not delivered due to the garage being closed, which was false, as my vehicle was delivered, yet nobody knew where it was. Due to their incompetence, I have been without a car for over a month, and missed our garage apt, so now we have to wait another three weeks for an open apt. Meanwhile, my spouse, who has Pancreatic Cancer has now missed oncology apts which are two hours away and the insurance just says they'll document it in my complaint. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR INSURANCE THROUGH GO-GIRL. YOU WILL REGRET IT IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM. SKY NEWS and the IMPARTIAL has been contacted and we will be bringing this to the media. Nobody deserves to be treated this way, especially a paying client. We purchase Insurance as a piece of mind, yet GO GIRL has seriously impacted our Mental Health, which is more exasperated due my spouses Cancer Condition.
