Don't bother

Called in to notify of an unauthorised transaction on my sons account, said they were not a bank and couldn't do anything about it. Said they would call back, 6 months later and nothing. Unregulated con artists. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

Good and gaining money knowledge for the children

Go henry are good for my children to gain knowledge of calculating what they have spent. I had a problem and lost my bank card and had to use one of children's cards to pay for my food shopping they helped me with the spending limit so I could pay for my shopping. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

It’s so easy to use for both me and my little boy.

Love the personalised cards.

Love the personalised cards. Good to teach kids with your tutorials etc. Not impressed that I can’t easily get money out of the parent account. I still haven’t been able to close the initial accounts we opened and get the money out … goodness knows where that is! Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Helpful Even When Things Go Wrong

Have been using GoHenry for my daughter for a few years now. It was exactly what you expect to be, no more no less. Until the card was lost and fraudulent transactions made. New card sent out and amounts refunded very quickly so did not disrupt our routine. Great help when things went wrong and I will be adding another child to the account shortly due to this.
