Virraj Jatania Danny Jatania customer 425422196 My account has been restricted and am due my wages to pend today for Thursday receive one day early I have gave all the documents and proof I was asked to upload absolutely horrendous customer service my cards been suspended while they reviewe my account I have no way to pay my bills rent ect customer 425422196 I need my account unrestricted asoon as despite providing the documents they have requested, they continue to ask for more information and the same documents over and over again. The entire process feels never-ending, with constant delays, repeated verification requests and a complete lack of urgency in resolving the situation. As a customer, I should not have to continuously chase a financial institution just to access and use my own money. The inconvenience, stress and disruption this has caused are completely unacceptable. I have been extremely patient and cooperative, yet Pockit has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. I strongly do not recommend Pockit to anyone looking for a reliable financial service. Based on my experience, their customer service, account management and verification processes leave a lot to be desired. Customers deserve transparency, efficiency and access to their money without unnecessary obstacles. Unfortunately, Pockit has failed to deliver on all three. Reviewed on: 14th October 2026

Had my account put under review. WhIlst being under a review my account has been restricted the funds left in there are whats left of my uc and they have declined other benefits been iver a week now with little or no help from them regarding this how is it legal fot them to keep benefits away from us im a single mom of two and uts really affecting us now Reviewed on: 23rd September 2026

Awaiting Funds since April 2026!!!

My Brother dec'd March 2026. Pockit advised, they asked for documentation. Which was all produced in April. Still awaiting funds, despite the fact Pockit said they had forwarded. Funds requured towards my Brothers Funeral costs. Formal Complaint sent over 1 month ago, and still nothing!!!! Reviewed on: 20th September 2026

Extremely frustrating experience

Extremely frustrating experience with Pockit I have had a very disappointing experience with Pockit. My account was placed under review and I was asked to provide identification and proof of income, including my passport and payslips. I provided everything requested and waited 8 working days for the review to be completed. After finally being told that the review had been completed, I attempted to transfer £1,500 of my own money to another bank account in my name. The transfer was declined and my account was immediately placed under review again. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have now been asked to provide the same information again, despite already completing the verification process and supplying the documents requested. Having money in an account that I cannot properly access or transfer has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience, particularly as the money is needed for my normal bills and living expenses. I completely understand that banks and financial services need to carry out security and verification checks, but the communication, delays and repeated requests have been extremely frustrating. Customers should not have to repeatedly provide the same information without a clear explanation of what is happening or when their money will become accessible. Another negative is waiting 5 working days for a response and then it’s a chat bot. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using Pockit - you simply don’t - awful. Withholding outgoing payments

8th time in as many months they have stopped outgoing transfers for “review”. This time however when on chat, I asked how to make a complaint about the situation and the chat was automatically ended. Will now not answer any chats or respond to emails. As a whole, previous customer service was ok but this times it’s been appalling. No further forward with my payment, held my funds and won’t reply. Not ideal for a financial service. I will be posting the correspondence and experience on every review site to warn people of how you handle and hold peoples money then refuse to contact when ask questions Reviewed on: 27th July 2026

I opened a Pockit account and was unfortunately scammed by a company that took payment from my account. I contacted Pockit immediately and asked them to cancel the transaction, but they failed to do so. A dispute was then opened, but I have been told it can remain open for up to 50 days. During that time, Pockit says they cannot take any further action or assist me. Meanwhile, the scam company has continued trying to charge me for a subscription I never wanted. I have refused to add more money to my account to cover these unauthorised charges, and Pockit is now charging me additional fees because of this. As a result, this situation is now affecting my credit record. I believe this has been handled very poorly, especially considering I reported the issue as soon as I became aware of the scam. Really disrespectful service they say bad credit score or no checks we accept you then they threaten you with this from DAISY 3.4 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to register you for a Pockit Account for any reason and we are not required to provide a reason." My money got restricted without warning

used this because I lost normal bank card but after withdrawing cash a few times im a day they suspended my account I had to email wage slips bank statements photo ID and wait 8 working days until I could access my money again. their T&C's say they can suspended service for any reason and they give no warning but funnily enough they still allow you to deposit money in to their account while not letting you withdraw. oh you have to qualify for the £50 advance too they dont just give it. Customer: 561880473 FORMAL COMPLAINT – FINAL NOTICE BEFORE REGULATORY ESCALATION Subject: Final Formal Complaint – Unlawful Account Restriction, Withholding of Funds & Failure to Communicate Dear Pockit Complaints Team, This correspondence constitutes a formal complaint and final notice regarding the suspension of my Pockit account and your ongoing failure to provide any explanation, timeframe, or meaningful response. I have been a Pockit customer for nearly three years and have used this account consistently for legitimate personal banking, including receiving income, DWP government benefit payments, routine purchases, lottery transactions, and transfers. All activity conducted through this account is lawful and fully compliant with your terms and conditions. You have placed my account “under review” without justification and are currently withholding over £6,000 of my personal funds, causing significant financial hardship. ⸻ Your Failures • Suspension of my account without providing any reason • Complete lack of communication despite repeated attempts to contact you • No review timeframe or status updates provided • Continued restriction of funds despite full compliance and verification ⸻ Verification Fully Completed • I have uploaded full documentation covering all funds in and out of the account for the last 30 days • In February 2025, I completed enhanced verification to update my phone number, including submission of my driving licence and a live selfie, which was approved and verified by your team • There are no outstanding requests for information or documentation from me ⸻ Regulatory and Legal Position While I acknowledge your obligations under anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention regulations, these obligations do not permit indefinite restriction of customer funds, nor do they allow a regulated financial institution to ignore a customer or refuse to provide basic information regarding account access. Your continued failure to communicate or resolve this matter may constitute a breach of FCA Principles for Businesses, including: • Principle 6 – Treating Customers Fairly • Principle 7 – Clear, fair and not misleading communications ⸻ Formal Demand I now formally demand that within 14 days of receipt of this complaint you: 1. Provide a written explanation for the account suspension 2. Confirm the status and expected completion date of your review 3. Restore full access to my account or release my funds in full ⸻ Notice of Escalation If this matter is not resolved within the above timeframe, I will immediately escalate this complaint without further notice to: • The Financial Ombudsman Service • The Financial Conduct Authority • Any other relevant regulatory or consumer-protection bodies I will also seek compensation for financial loss, distress, and inconvenience, and I am prepared to pursue further action to ensure this conduct is formally investigated and does not affect other customers.
