I opened a Pockit account and was unfortunately scam...

I opened a Pockit account and was unfortunately scammed by a company that took payment from my account. I contacted Pockit immediately and asked them to cancel the transaction, but they failed to do so. A dispute was then opened, but I have been told it can remain open for up to 50 days. During that time, Pockit says they cannot take any further action or assist me. Meanwhile, the scam company has continued trying to charge me for a subscription I never wanted. I have refused to add more money to my account to cover these unauthorised charges, and Pockit is now charging me additional fees because of this. As a result, this situation is now affecting my credit record. I believe this has been handled very poorly, especially considering I reported the issue as soon as I became aware of the scam.
