Virraj Jatania Danny Jatania customer 425422196 My account has been restricted and am due my wages to pend today for Thursday receive one day early I have gave all the documents and proof I was asked to upload absolutely horrendous customer service my cards been suspended while they reviewe my account I have no way to pay my bills rent ect customer 425422196 I need my account unrestricted asoon as despite providing the documents they have requested, they continue to ask for more information and the same documents over and over again. The entire process feels never-ending, with constant delays, repeated verification requests and a complete lack of urgency in resolving the situation. As a customer, I should not have to continuously chase a financial institution just to access and use my own money. The inconvenience, stress and disruption this has caused are completely unacceptable. I have been extremely patient and cooperative, yet Pockit has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. I strongly do not recommend Pockit to anyone looking for a reliable financial service. Based on my experience, their customer service, account management and verification processes leave a lot to be desired. Customers deserve transparency, efficiency and access to their money without unnecessary obstacles. Unfortunately, Pockit has failed to deliver on all three. Reviewed on: 14th October 2026
