Withholding outgoing payments

8th time in as many months they have stopped outgoing transfers for “review”. This time however when on chat, I asked how to make a complaint about the situation and the chat was automatically ended. Will now not answer any chats or respond to emails. As a whole, previous customer service was ok but this times it’s been appalling. No further forward with my payment, held my funds and won’t reply. Not ideal for a financial service. I will be posting the correspondence and experience on every review site to warn people of how you handle and hold peoples money then refuse to contact when ask questions Reviewed on: 27th July 2026
