Awaiting Funds since April 2026!!!

My Brother dec'd March 2026. Pockit advised, they asked for documentation. Which was all produced in April. Still awaiting funds, despite the fact Pockit said they had forwarded. Funds requured towards my Brothers Funeral costs. Formal Complaint sent over 1 month ago, and still nothing!!!! Reviewed on: 20th September 2026
