Expensive. Expensive. Educational modules have decreased in quality significantly. Not competitive with the likes of Monzo anymore. Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

Haven’t really had any issues with go henry service is good and works well. Amazing way to help children learn about money. I love that you can personalise the child’s card too and set Goals for them it’s a fantastic app especially as you can set limits too and select how the money is spent eg online, atm or in store. We've had it since he was 4 and he is now 11 and it's going quite well. He would like to be able to access his card from his mobile and be able to tap it to make purchases as he has lost his card quite a few times and its costly getting it replaced. I guess it would also be parent protected and a limit set. Apart from that it does exactly what it needs to do and loves it. An added plus is that we found out after a holiday abroad that he could have used it and not paid any extra charges! Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

GoHenry review

The app is user-friendly, and my daughter loves the independence it gives her, while we appreciate the control and visibility. Fees can add up over time, but overall, GoHenry is a fantastic tool for building financial confidence from a young age. Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

All of my kids have a card, it’s so handy that you can pause the card if it gets lost. Easy to top up and transfer and I love the ability to teach kids about money with the little education pieces. Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

It’s a good way to get your child motivated to do chores around the house but it would be even better if you didn’t have to pay a monthly fee Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

An excellent Learning tool.

I have an adult son with Autism, so I was absolutely thrilled when GoHenry agreed to issue my son with a card, it has helped him manage money better, he also understands the value of better as he gets paid for completing certain tasks. The fact that he has money on a credit card and he can also take money out of a dispensing machine has gave him the most pride and confidence as he can control his own money and it also makes him feels he is no different from other Adults. I think any child would benefit from GoHenry card, it allows the child to learn value and importance of money, it provides the child with confidence and pride in learning and it allows them also to learn independence. And finally it allows the parents to bring up a confidant child with a healthy understanding and values concerning money, allowing the person to grow and contribute to society.
