We worked with Habito on the purchase of our first property. As first time buyers, navigating the world of mortgages, surveys, legal paperwork etc. was made so much easier with the help of Habito. From our mortgage specialist to our account manager, every person we have dealt with has been helpful, knowledgeable and has taken the time to walk us through each step. Excellent Mortgage Broker

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of communication in the process of finding a good mortgage deal. Ramneet was very understanding and patient throughout my many queries, offering to find us several possible deals to compare and choose from. Habito is the natural home for homebuyers

I assume the name Habito is derived from the word 'habitat' with reference to the natural home of a living thing - in our case - humans. My wife and I feel at home with Habito and when the deal is finally done we will experience some cognitive dissonance - sad to say good-bye to Habito but happy to say hello to our new home. Why? Because all the people at Habito have been great. They are friendly, knowledgeable, very efficient and a consummate pleasure to work with.
