fast, hassle free, cost effective and reliable

This is the second time I have used Habito, first for residential remortgage and now for a limited company buy to let purchase. Though you can't speak to a mortgage broker directly on the phone, they are always available via chat and email and respond in a timely manner. Paperwork is all online, so it's very convenient to copy & paste existing information instead of writing on a paper. Documents can be uploaded easily online. The case management team are also efficient in dealing with mortgage offers until completed successfully. A bonus is also it's completely free for me as a customer and no broker fees to pay. Overall a great service, modern, time saving and the way to do a mortgage brokering service in the digital age. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

If you need to make getting a mortgage easy, look no further than Habito. They are the absolute best at handling every aspect of the application, and are incredibly responsive.
