Reliable, knowledgeable and quick to respond

I am fortunate in not having to make a claim, however I did phone to get some advice regarding a complaint - HF service was excellent, I was put straight through to an advisor who guided me in the right direction. By far, the best

I have used HF for 6 years now with a short break in-between. I cheated on them and then realised the grass wasn't greener. I swiftly moved back and now it's a happy ever after scenario.
