Absolutely awful service.

Absolutely awful service. I’m literally trying to give them my money and can’t even get a response. Imagine if you actually had a real problem or needed to file a claim — you’d be completely on your own. I’ve messaged them four separate times, even copied in management, and still nothing. Not a single reply. Clearly, they don’t care about their customers. Don’t waste your money here. Reviewed on: 8th February 2026

Company can provide legal advice to support

I was happy that company provides legal advice in case if practitioner faceces challenging unhappy client situations. It gave me a great peace of mind that I was able to spreak with advisor and acted as I was instructed so managed to resolve the issue with unhappy customer without needing to go further.
