Help when no one else could

Having been turned away by high street lenders because of a default credit file all that was on offer was an adverse credit lender morhhage. Contacting Haysto I was informed this was not the case and that a High Street lender could be found and it was. They took all the stress out of the situation and secured us a good mortgage deal given our situation. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Exceptional Service

I initially enquired online on 1st Jan just for some advice and guidance as to when I would be able to apply for a mortgage. Nikki contacted me on the 3rd and by the 4th (which was my birthday) I had my decision in principle through! I really couldn't believe it! I had gone from just completing an enquiry to gaining a DIP! A great Birthday present and amazing start to 2022. Haysto have been in touch throughout my house search with regular check ins; along with recommendations for insurance & solicitors. Flawless!

Every broker we went to could not help us. But Alice at Haysto went above and beyond to find us a lender during covid when all lenders were very cautious. Great communication throughout and never did a day go by when we did not know what was happening during the application. From finding Haysto we were moved into our new home within 3 months which for a first time buyer and with previous bad credit was not common especially in the covid pandemic. Haysto - Sohaib Gill made our dream come true

We had approached a mortgage broker recommended by a family member, who told us due to a missed mobile phone payment on my partners account we would have no chance of getting a mortgage. We had found our dream family home and already begun the process of selling our old house. Undeterred, I did some research online and found out about specialist mortgage brokers and Haysto was one of the search results. Haysto paired us up with Sohaib Gill (Seb) who has been personal, friendly, knowledgeable and informative throughout. Seb advised us of several options and got quotes from multiple mortgage companies willing to offer us the finances we need. Seb handled all of the paperwork and details which I didn't have the knowledge of, and provided us with detailed explanations of any complicated requirements from the lenders. Seb also worked tirelessly to get us quotes for our home insurance, life cover and income protection. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It has been a joy getting to know Seb and his expertise in Mortgages and insurance is something I hope we are able to tap into for many years to come. From the outset nothing was too much, Jemma our case officer was superb. Regular updates and her professionalism in keeping the process moving was excellent. Our initial apprehension about getting a mortgage was quickly removed due to the support on offer.
