If you’ve just been declined a mortgage or have a complicated story then Haysto are the broker for you! Haysto really are that good. My wife and I were blindsided when declined by our bank who we have banked with successfully for years. Despite the banks assurances they didn’t take my wife’s benefit income from looking after our disabled daughter into proper consideration and so dismissed us out of hand. In come Haysto, the very same day we were rejected they got to work! A simple online search led to an almost instant call from the very impressive and reassuring Lisa who got to work very quickly listening to our story and making sure we could be helped. At first I thought the broker fee’s were a bit on the steep side but it really was worth every penny! From rejection to mortgage offer in 6 days! A big thank you to Lisa, Ben, Richard, Russell, Jason, Kane and Josh all who kept in touch every step of the way, they work quickly, efficiently have superb customer service and I felt truly valued and supported every step of the way. They’ve taken what has been a very stressful situation and returned the excitement to our first time purchase. The online portal is a model that all lenders should look to use, it makes communicating and uploading documents so easy and fun to use. I couldn’t help but check back every day to track my applications progress and every day there was always some visible progress. The service that is described is the service you WILL receive. Every part and person at Haysto know exactly what needs to be done to secure you a fantastic product. We thought a mortgage was a millions miles away for us but Haysto made it so simple. They care and are open and forward going precise steps that are easy to follow to get my mortgage in place.
