Assigned SPV Purchase Handled Brilliantly

Cannot recommend Michelle at Hua Yin Finance enough – she absolutely smashed it with my assigned SPV purchase. Even though I came in quite last minute, she turned it around and secured a mortgage offer in record time. She really knows her stuff when it comes to specialist lenders – while other fee-free brokers were struggling, she knew exactly who to approach.
