Our situation wasn’t entirely straightforward, as I’m self-employed, which likely contributed to the initial decline. We hadn’t heard of Haysto before, but from the very start they were friendly, straightforward, and highly professional—most importantly, very reassuring during what can be a stressful process. Their customer web portal not only looks great but is also easy to use. It keeps you clearly informed about what’s needed next, which made the whole experience much smoother. It was also a big improvement not having to email sensitive documents, unlike with our previous broker. Haysto secured us a decision in principle with a bank our first broker hadn’t even considered as an option.
