Very disappointed with Haysto.

Very disappointed with Haysto. I applied for my mortgage on 22 June and submitted every document requested, but I was left waiting for nearly three months with the repeated response of “no update.” Philip and Elise told me they had contacted the lender, but when I contacted the lender’s underwriting team myself, I received a decision almost immediately. This made me seriously question whether my case was being properly chased. Extremely poor communication and a very stressful experience. I would not recommend Haysto.
