Puppy claim

Had slight issue regarding my insurance received email saying that I cancelled my account but it was a IT issue I phoned customer service and was informed my insurance was still in place and I would get email with my insurance details which I did, very good customer service Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Easy to arrange insurance cover, costs are reasonable (however it is cheaper to take out a new policy each year - loyal customers are penalised with higher rates which is not unusual with most insurance products). Not had to make a claim so unable to comment on payouts for claims. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
