Very disappointing

Communication is very poor particularly about what they will and won’t pay out for. You gay a random figure payout without explanation or a breakdown of what they are paying for. Our old insurer told us exactly what was covered prior to each treatment so that we could make informers decisions about care and what costs were involved.
