Fantastic cover, slow to reimburse

The cover is fantastic and they always pay back the appropriate amount but it takes a few weeks to receive the funds back into your account after the claim is submitted. Staff are very friendly and helpful and answer queries promptly and honestly. Can not fault the customer service. Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

Easy to renew policies and make claims on-line.
