Worst experience with transfer ISA to metro bank

Worst experience in transfer ISA since they failed to transfer to metro isa for 50 days and money already deducted at source and account got deleted. Basically they are the jokers in banking space. They dont have online transfer facility between banks and accept only cheque from source bank when you fill out transfer form. But never write a letter or confirmation even after cut off of 15 days. AVOID, SAVE YOUR SANITY!

Not instant access, you have to call them to do anything with the ISA. Therefore, it's not instant access. Poor customer service, old fashioned processes and a rubbish app. Reviewed on: 9th February 2024
