    Brightest smiles around, love the branches.

    Never had any issues with them ever, always super polite & smiley whenever I visit a branch. Love the fact they cater so well for dogs too!

    Banking with metro bank for over 10 years. Customer service from all staff (phone and in branch) are excellent and English speaking. Atomsphere in the... Queues have always been minimal. Quick and easy to get new bank card when lost, relaxed and trendy service but safe and secure. Everything is easy to set up from ISA's, savings to current accounts.     No waiting for replacement debit card

    I lost my debit card. Popped into the bank and they issued a replacement straight away. Staff were very pleasant and efficient.

Help me transfer my cash Isa to them from Barclays when Barclays was so unhelpful and then again helped me transfer it again to another provider which i also had a problem with. Despite the fact that i was transferring it to another provider they were more than willing to help. Their customer service is excellent. There is also always someone there to help.
