Metro are always very helpful in so mamy ways.

Metro are always very helpful in so many ways. Help me transfer my cash Isa to them from Barclays when Barclays was so unhelpful and then again helped me transfer it again to another provider which i also had a problem with. Despite the fact that i was transferring it to another provider they were more than willing to help. Their customer service is excellent. There is also always someone there to help. 2 hours to combine 2 ISAs into 1 account. Another 2 hours, and 2 trips to branch and multiple phone calls over 2 weeks to get online access. sorted when they had the wrong mobile phone number. Final trip to branch highly insecure when they asked me to write on a post-it my customer number, new password and security number in full. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
