From great when they opened to a disaster now

2 hours to combine 2 ISAs into 1 account. Another 2 hours, and 2 trips to branch and multiple phone calls over 2 weeks to get online access. sorted when they had the wrong mobile phone number. Final trip to branch highly insecure when they asked me to write on a post-it my customer number, new password and security number in full. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

It's been amazing visiting this Bank even when other banks have closed in the evening and they will still attend to you with all sense of humor and responsibilities. I appreciate them a lot Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
