Plum Cash ISA

My experience with the Plum Cash ISA has been mostly positive. It was quick to set up through the app, and I like that it’s easy to manage alongside my other savings. The interest rate is competitive compared to some traditional savings accounts, and it’s helpful being able to see my savings grow tax-free. I also like that it feels quite flexible, with the option to deposit small amounts and transfer money in easily. The app does a good job of tracking savings and making things simple. However, the interest rate can change, and some of the best rates are only available under certain conditions or for a limited time, which can be a bit confusing. Withdrawals are also something to be mindful of depending on how the account is set up. Overall, it’s a convenient and modern way to save, especially for someone who prefers managing money digitally. My ISA rate has PLUMetted.

My ISA rate has PLUMetted. So I asked the support team to see if there is a better rate they could offer, either the AI bot or one of the team said they would call me back, I have had no response. They clearly do not want my business. They also signed me up for the Premium trial and left me on Premium without telling me, several calls to the managers I was able to get a refund. Transferring their cash ISA is a nightmare !!!!

Great when opening the cash isa. Responses to questions take too long. Trying to transfer an ISA from them is an utter nightmare. All decent paying isas companies do not accept transfers from plum. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

Has turbocharged my savings goals on autopilot

Has turbocharged my savings goals on autopilot. Great service too when I've needed technical support a couple of times. Their addition of ISAs (both cash and S&S) to automatically deposit savings into (including 'sunny day tax', round-ups et al) has been extra helpful in terms of making savings go further.
