My ISA rate has PLUMetted.

My ISA rate has PLUMetted. So I asked the support team to see if there is a better rate they could offer, either the AI bot or one of the team said they would call me back, I have had no response. They clearly do not want my business. They also signed me up for the Premium trial and left me on Premium without telling me, several calls to the managers I was able to get a refund. Transferring their cash ISA is a nightmare !!!!

Great when opening the cash isa. Responses to questions take too long. Trying to transfer an ISA from them is an utter nightmare. All decent paying isas companies do not accept transfers from plum. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

Has turbocharged my savings goals on autopilot

Has turbocharged my savings goals on autopilot. Great service too when I've needed technical support a couple of times. Their addition of ISAs (both cash and S&S) to automatically deposit savings into (including 'sunny day tax', round-ups et al) has been extra helpful in terms of making savings go further. superb, easy and modern!

I was recommended Plum a friend and told they were really, really simple to set up with and bank with. So I decided to give it ago! As promised, it was absolutely spot on! One of the almost seamless account opening processes I’ve been through. The maintenance of the account ect is also incredibly smooth and easy on the app. It’s really up there for me! They also offer rewards for recommendations and let you know about other products they have manners, modern way without being pushy. They are very good! Reviewed on: 19th February 2026
