I lost my debit card. Popped into the bank and they issued a replacement straight away. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Wonderful Service and Staff

Metro Bank are actually happy to serve customers.. They are pleased to see you when you enter the bank and don't try to force you to use machines as most other banks do. Reviewed on: 1st February 2023

Excellent customer service

The service I always receive from Metro Bank is always excellent. Great personal service, they never try to direct you to cash machines and away from the counter like most other banks do. Opening hours are great too, Reviewed on: 27th March 2022
