Higher then others interest rates

It’s disgusting to still keep high interest rates when other lenders are lowering to help customers. They are taking advantage of the situation. Reviewed on: 25th November 2023

Terrible service, stay away and go somewhere else

These people can't even add up 4 plus 4 and get it right. They messed up my mortgage figures adding debt to my outstanding mortgage balance that I don't ow them and giving out conflicting information on the phone and in letters. I was promised a call back within a certain time to sort out the confusing matters which did not happen, nor was I told the call back was being postponed because they don't know themselves what is going.
