Terrible service, stay away and go somewhere else

These people can't even add up 4 plus 4 and get it right. They messed up my mortgage figures adding debt to my outstanding mortgage balance that I don't ow them and giving out conflicting information on the phone and in letters. I was promised a call back within a certain time to sort out the confusing matters which did not happen, nor was I told the call back was being postponed because they don't know themselves what is going. I found out because in the end I called them. Altogether totally untrustworthy. Reviewed on: 26th July 2023
