Was a good experience with metro bank today I really appreciate they protect my bank card from fraud because i was sent some money on a website but I wasn’t knowing that it’s a scam or fraud also they staff give me time and he heard all my enquiries thank you very much to protect my card Reviewed on: 15th July 2024

This bank is very secure and safe to use.

This bank is very secure and safe to use. I find myself getting quick updates if there are any issues. i noticed how easy it is to transfer. I love being with metro as i feel if i have any troubles they are very quick with the support to help fix them. I’ve now had metro for over two years. when i first got it even metro helped me set it up! i recommend it to family and friends. And will be using it more often. Reviewed on: 21st April 2024

Blocked Credit Card and Account without notice

My card and account was blocked without any notice! I can't pay for anything today!!! No explanations!! They just said that security team will call me. I asked when, they said that they DONT KNOW!!!!!!!!! So sitting and waiting for their call! Awful service. Reviewed on: 21st September 2023
