My experience with HSBC’s Cash ISA has been generally positive. It’s easy to open and manage, especially through the mobile app, and I like that the interest earned is tax-free. Easy to use and access

I found it simple to set up this account via the online banking service of my existing current account with HSBC, and I can access it on the same screen to move money with ease and check the current balance. The interest rate is poor, but I trust the bank and in the current financial climate, I found few places offering better rates. Reviewed on: 4th July 2017

HSBC Loyalty ISA

The rate is pretty poor and I would not recommend. Customer service for this product has been particularity bad with long waits in call lines and unhelpful advisors. I will move to a better product at my next available chance. Reviewed on: 8th September 2016
