Please stay away from Moneybarn!

Please stay away from Moneybarn! If you have issues with your veichle they are so unprofessional. They will not listen or communicate, finally won my case after 6 months after providing ridiculous amounts of evidence despite issues being very clear. Also had to get FOS involved so they would listen - now they owe me a refund they have not paid and ignore all calls and emails. Honestly the worst company EVER! Reviewed on: 5th December 2024

With Moneybarn – I just got recognised as one of their top fans! Which is weird as this is my review. I've had an account 12 months now and in that time I've seen my vehicle for 4 and a half months. It initially went back to the dealer in the first 4 days due to a broken shift. They replaced. Same issue again (plus others)4.5 months later and they went to complaints after dealer wouldn't admit liability.. found in my favour, after 5 months at the dealer. And stated once id pa... Mis-sold Credit Agreement.

Mis-sold Credit Agreement. Car starting showing problems since the very first day and MoneyBarn did nothing about it. All MoneyBarn was concerned about was their monthly payments and hiding behind the mis-sold credit agreement. DO NOT USE MONEYBARN Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
