They have terrible customer service. They have terrible customer service. I've been a customer before however because I need the loan for a dual purpose they are unable to fulfil it . Reviewed on: 23rd July 2024

MoneyBoat offer no-nonsense loans at an interest rate cheaper than the FCA Cap (unlike many of their peers). They also carry out extensive checks to minimise the risk of irresponsible lending.
